WELCOME TO DOWNTOWN
Whether you are a first-time visitor or a local resident who enjoys everything downtown has to offer, we want to make the downtown experience even better. This guide will help you locate where to park in downtown Winter Park, along with other tips and information. Please note that this map only designates lots and garages open to the general public and does NOT include parking that is exclusive to a specific establishment or leased monthly.
■ FREE 3-hour parking is available along Park Avenue and the side streets.
■ FREE 4-hour parking is available along New York Avenue & two blocks in
on the side streets.
■ FREE 3-hour parking is available on the ground level of the Bank of America Garage.
■ FREE 4-hour parking is available in Lot B.
■ FREE all day parking is available in Lot A.
■ FREE all-day parking is available on levels 4 & 5 in the Park Place Garage.
■ FREE parking is available Saturday & Sunday in Lot C.
■ FREE Valet Service Station is available on New England Avenue next to the railroad tracks.
The city also strives to promote safe and secure bicycle parking to complement our growing bicycle community, as well as to enhance the city’s Pedestrian & Bicycle Circulation Plan. Please see the map for a detailed view of bike rack locations throughout the Park Avenue district.
If you need assistance while you are visiting downtown, remember to take advantage of the Winter Park Welcome Center, located at 151 West Lyman Avenue. Information is readily available regarding retail shops, restaurants, events and museums.
Hours of operation are:
■ Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
■ Saturday - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Please read signage carefully as parking time limits are enforced 24-hours a day. The Winter Park Police Department Operations Division manages parking enforcement and citations. If you have received a citation, please carefully read and follow the instructions on the citation. Failure to submit the fine amount within the indicated time will result in additional penalties being added to the fine amount.
